MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT:  Maintenance for our AS2 acceptance environment on the 25th and 26th of January + maintenance for the AS2 production environment on the 27th.

To update our AS2 Software we have scheduled maintenance for our AS2 acceptance environment the 25th and the 26th  January.
Please keep testing on our acceptance environment during the maintenance period as minimal as possible because there is a risk on getting errors in the transmissions.
When all the acceptance tests have passed we will perform maintenance in our AS2 production environment.
This is scheduled the 27th January from 19:00 – 00:00 CET.
Please check your transmissions and resend messages after this timeframe.

Regular maintenance:

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
