MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

We are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with the recommended software patches.
Based on the time we spent on the acceptance environment we calculate a longer downtime for patching the production environment. This will take place:

Monday the 12th of April from 19:30 – 00:00 CET.

During this update, we will shut down the entire platform including the high available services.

Warning

Regular maintenance:

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
