MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT

Regular maintenance:

 
The maintenance window of Monday 15 August will be extended from 19:00 – 23:00 CET for an TPN platform UpdateThe production environment will be updated every third Monday of the month.
As you know we are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with recommended software patches. 
To be more predictable and even more in line with the latest patches we have decided to install the OS patches once a month on all environments.

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

 

Extended maintenance time
Patching usually requires more downtime, the extended maintenance time is planned from 19:00 –

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
