MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Regular maintenance:

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

We scheduled an extra restart of our TPN platform tonight.

As a precaution we will be performing an extra restart of our TPN platform today the 7th of September at around 19:00 hours CEST.

This is outside our planned maintenance window which is every Monday evening between 19:00 - 21:00 hours CEST.

You may encounter problems using our services. We apologize for the inconvenience.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT: 
The maintenance window of Monday 15 August will be extended from 19:00 – 23:00 CET to perform an TPN platform Update

As you know we are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with recommended software patches. 
To be more predictable and even more in line with the latest patches we have decided to install the OS patches once a month on all environments.
Therefore the production environment will be updated every third Monday of the month. 

Extended maintenance time
Patching usually requires more downtime, therefore we extend the planned maintenance time is from 19:00 – 23:00 CET. 
During this update, we will shut down the entire platform including the high available services.
During this timeframe you may encounter problems using our services.We apologize for any inconvenience.
