The service interruption on the Onetrail platform as reported this morning has been resolved. Our services have been available for over an hour now. Since then we have been monitoring our message processing. Everything is running smoothly without delay. If you have messages that need to be (re)submitted, you can do so now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. No further updates will be sent. |
MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATIONIN SHORT: Next maintenance planned from June 22 till end of July. Last month’s upgrades have been successfully completed. As a next step in the overall plan to further improve scalability and predictability of the Onetrail Platform, additional upgrades will take place every night from Monday till Friday for the next 6 weeks. Around month end, June 29th and 30th of June are excluded. During this time frame back-up resources will be stand-by at night in case something doesn’t go as planned, so that you, as our customer, experience no issues in the morning. More complicated updates are planned on Monday evenings during our regular maintenance window. As a result services may not be available. |
