This roadmap shows our product development epics and goals for the upcoming months.
To enable our support department to perform pro-active support and monitor the service levels, they need to have real time insight on the state of the services, applications and message processing.
This is about message processing metrics. Support needs to be able to view the average message processing times in real time and be able to narrow down to individual processing steps to identify bottlenecks. This not only in real time, but also historical including several selectors for i.e. message type, trading partner, date - and time ranges, etc. etc.
This is about product data processing metrics. Support needs to be able to view the input and output product data processing times, the number of products, prices and stock updates, etc.

Ideas that come with a high score on business value and estimate are potentially suited to become a special project.
In such a case we create a Special Interest Group consisting of customers who are very close involved with the solution or product to be. In close cooperation we develop a minimal valuable product (MVP).
These initiatives have the potential to become a new Onetrail product when the MVP's result in a hands up from all people involved together with a successful business case,.
