Special projects

Ideas with good business value and potential but who need further elaborated move to status Special Project. A special interest group (SIG) formed by customers and Onetrail employees will further elaborate the idea.

A special interest group (SIG) consist of customers who are very close involved with the solution or product to be. In close cooperation we develop a minimal valuable product (MVP). 

Special projects initiatives have the potential to become a new Onetrail product when the MVP's result in a hands up from all people involved together with a successful business case.
