Put order on-hold

You can put an order on-hold to sort out price differences, check delivery-date with your supplier or any other thing that takes some time.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Enter your Sales Order Number;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
   
• Press   Save changes. 
  
  

Result 

Order status shows = Line is on-hold

Release order after on-hold

After putting the order on-hold, you have to release the order to perform the required changes or confirmation.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Go to the order with the on-hold status ;
  
  
• Press Release order;
  
  
• Apply the changes to the order or save directly without changes;
  
  
• Press  Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows = Line confirmed without changes

Or

Order status shows   = Line is confirmed with changes

Put order line on-hold

Instead of putting the whole order on-hold, you can also put one order line on-hold and confirm the other order lines.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Select the order line ;
  
  
• Press on-hold line;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
  
  
• Press  Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows = Order line is on-hold
