MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Regular maintenance:

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

FAQ USER ACCOUNTS

Contact the person in your company who is setup as an admin in the TPN portal, they can add a new account.


U heeft nog geen user account of u gebruikt niet het e-mailadres waaronder u als gebruiker bent geregistreerd.

Dit kan verschillende oorzaken hebben:

  • Probeer met een andere browser in te loggen

  • Probeer op de andere tabbladen te klikken. Soms bent u toch ingelogd.

Waarschijnlijk is de email in uw spambox terechtgekomen of wordt door de firewall van uw bedrijf geblokkeerd. De afzender van deze mail is support@onetrail.com. U kunt een nieuwe link opvragen via de button “forgot my password”.

Waarschijnlijk gebruikt u niet de juiste URL. Log altijd in via de link: https://apps.onetrail.net/TPN-Portal/
